These days everyone could do with a little training. Whether it is for self defence, to give you the confidence to look after yourself in a society where violence is as common as hoodies, or whether it is for health and fitness in a society where most jobs have you sitting down on your backside, day in day out, or even if you just want to hit something for a bit of good old stress relief. We’re here to help. We feel that everyone has the right to learn martial arts and how to defend themselves in an increasingly violent world, and we offer you a way to learn this skill, along with a healthy dose of fitness training, at your own pace.
What we do is suitable for everyone, male or female, young and old and we pride ourselves on welcoming everyone who walks through the door. We therefore aim to offer a realistic approach to the modern day hassles of work stress and self defence issues in a wide variety of lesson structures to suit everyone’s taste. Whether it is 1-2-1, small groups, short courses or regular classes. We have the answer.
